What we collect
1CleanFlow stores the information you and your team put into your workspace — contacts, organizations, deals, activities, notes, messages and files — along with your account details (name, email) and usage needed to operate the service.
How your data is stored and used
Workspace data is stored in PostgreSQL hosted by Supabase, isolated per workspace and protected with row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit. We use your data only to provide the service — we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — card details never touch our servers), Resend (transactional email), and — when you connect them — Twilio (calls & SMS), Microsoft 365 (email), Anthropic (AI features) and ElevenLabs (transcription).
Your rights & data export
You can export your contacts and deals to CSV at any time from Settings → Import & export, and you can request deletion of your workspace and account data by contacting us.
